The Alliance of Black Art Galleries is presenting separate yet coordinating exhibitions that speak to the experiences of St. Louis settlers, immigrants and residents in the 250 year history of St. Louis from the unique perspectives of diverse artists and visual art forms. The galleries will each have coordinated opening events, and will provide educational components for youth, young adults and other targeted groups throughout 2014.
